True Self

True Self Intensive Outpatient Program for Young Adults is designed to meet the specific psychological needs of individuals 18 to 26 years old in the LGBTQ communities.

The program’s theoretical framework draws on aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Our aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment where people can seek treatment without fear of discrimination. The Hall @ Center House offers an inviting, casual space for interaction, quiet time and group activities. It’s a place for you to regain balance and get your life back on track in the company of young adults with similar goals.
